Kaffa – Ethiopia Medium Roast Coffee

Kaffa is a vibrant tribute to the ancient, wild forests of Ethiopia’s original home of Arabica varietal. As a washed processed selection, Kaffa is defined by its exceptional clarity and a clean intensity that showcases the true character of its high-altitude terroir.

This coffee is a study in sophisticated contrast. It features a vibrant acidity that sparkles with the deep, juicy sweetness of black cherry, accompanied by a rich, dark chocolate finish. Unlike many washed Ethiopias that lean tea-like, Kaffa contrasts with a full, creamy body, offering a luxurious mouthfeel that balances its fruit-forward top notes. Kaffa is truly a worthy tribute Arabica coffee’s legendary origin.
